611 location pages. One prompt. One pipeline.
Cashmax needed an SEO landing page for every Texas city it serves. We wrote the SOP, built the pipeline around it, and shipped 611 city pages in a month. By hand the same job would have taken a year.

A Texan needs cash by Friday. Cashmax has a store six minutes away. They don't have a page that answers the search.
Multiply that gap by 611 cities. Search demand for “payday loans [city]” is the channel that converts for Cashmax, but Google rewards real local content, not boilerplate. Real addresses, real licensing, real proof points, real FAQ. Every city, different.
By hand, with research and editing, the job runs about a year. That’s a year of stores like Abernathy not being found on Google.
They didn’t need a CMS. They didn’t need a writer. They needed an SOP, plus a system that could run it for every city in the time it takes to make coffee.
Trigger
Ops marks the next batch ready in Airtable. A webhook fires.
Research
The system pulls real local data for the city. Competitor pages, demographics, recent reviews.
Outline
Claude reads the research and the SOP, then builds a city-specific outline.
Life doesn’t pause for payday. When unexpected expenses come up, payday loans offer a straightforward solution.
CashMax serves Abernathy with fast, convenient payday loans. No collateral. No lengthy approval process. The local office sits six minutes from downtown.
✓ compliance Apply online anytime, or call us today. Approval in 15 minutes, funds typically the next business day.
Body
Claude writes the page. Around 1,500 words, factually grounded, brand-voiced.
Quality + schema
Compliance check, brand-voice pass, JSON-LD schema. Index-ready before publish.
Publish + notify
Posts to WordPress. Marks the record live. Slack pings ops. The next city is already in queue.
Six stages. One published page.
n8n on the wire, Claude in the middle, Airtable on the surface. The next six panels are the stages, in order. Scroll to drive them.
Ops never has to ask what's running. Now drive it yourself.
Every page moves through five lifecycle states. The board answers before anyone has to ask. Errored pages get their own column with the error attached to the record. Re-trigger from the same row. No log-diving, no mysterious failures.
The collage above is what the Cashmax team sees in Airtable. The interactive board below is the same wiring as production. Click Abernathy forward and watch n8n fire the right branch each time the status changes.

The page a Texan sees when they need cash by Friday.
One of 611. Real city, real address, real licensing, real FAQ. Schema-tagged. Indexed inside 48 hours of approval.
Generated in four minutes. Reviewed in two. The full Texas footprint went live in a month. The same job by hand was a year of editing and research. Scroll inside to see the whole thing.
05 / The lesson
What we learned
The asset wasn't the pipeline. It was the SOP that made the pipeline runnable.
Six hundred location pages don’t need 600 different prompts. They need one prompt that reads context well, an SOP that names every decision before code touches it, and a workflow that gives ops clear control over the rare exception. Most of the engineering wasn’t in the AI calls. It was in the SOP, the observability, the queue, and the kill-switches around them.
The Cashmax team approves a batch in the morning. By noon the next twenty pages are live. That’s the system. The whole Texas footprint shipped in a month.
