Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you complete our AI Readiness Assessment or contact us through the website, you provide your name, email address, business name, and your answers to the assessment questions. We collect only what you submit.

Measurement data. If you allow it, we record which pages you visited, how you got here, your device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is aggregate usage data. It is not linked to your name or email.

Cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and your consent choice remembered. These always run, because without them the site cannot function. Analytics and advertising cookies are separate, optional, and off unless you turn them on (or, outside the regions listed below, until you turn them off).

Google Tag Manager. A container that loads the tools below. It holds the rules for which tool may run and when, and it enforces your consent choice before any of them fire. Tag Manager itself does not build a profile of you.

Google Analytics 4. Tells us which pages get read, which get ignored, and where visitors come from, so we know what to fix. Runs only with your analytics consent. You can also opt out at the browser level with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel. A third-party advertising and tracking technology from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram). It tells us whether someone who saw one of our ads went on to book a call or finish the assessment, and it lets Meta show our ads to people who resemble the people who already found us useful. It sets third-party cookies and shares event data with Meta, who act as an independent controller of that data under their own privacy policy. It runs only with your marketing consent. If you decline, the script is never loaded at all, so no data reaches Meta.

We never send your name, email address, or company name to any of these tools. The only identifier that travels with an assessment event is a random session ID with no personal detail attached to it.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before any tracking tool loads, the page sets a consent state that every tool must obey.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or India, analytics and advertising storage start switched off, and you get a banner before anything runs. Nothing non-essential loads until you choose. Accepting and rejecting are each a single click.

Everywhere else, including the United States, analytics and advertising start switched on, which local law permits, and you can switch them off at any moment from the footer link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: the Meta Pixel stays off unless you switch it on yourself.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named ww_consent for six months, then we ask again. To change or withdraw it, use Cookie settings. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as granting, takes effect immediately, and does not affect the lawfulness of anything processed before you withdrew.

Under the UK and EU GDPR: assessment and enquiry data is processed on the basis of your consent and, where you have asked us to do something, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)). Analytics and advertising cookies are processed on the basis of consent alone (Article 6(1)(a), read with the ePrivacy rules on storing information on your device). Essential cookies rely on our legitimate interest in operating a working website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023: we process personal data on the basis of your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, given before processing begins, for the purposes set out on this page. You may withdraw that consent at any time with the same ease as you gave it. We do not knowingly process the data of children under 18, and we do not use tracking or targeted advertising against anyone we know to be a child.

International transfers: Google and Meta process data on servers outside the UK, EEA, and India, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the providers’ own standard contractual clauses and, for US recipients, the EU-US and UK Data Privacy Framework where it applies.

Assessment form data is processed through our automation platform (n8n) to generate your report. Scheduling runs through Cal.com. Measurement runs through Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (Pixel), as described above. The site is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named here.

Assessment answers and contact details are kept for as long as we need them to provide the service or as the law requires. Analytics event data is retained by Google for 14 months and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@wordwiseme.com.

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, ask for a copy in portable form, or withdraw consent. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your data protection authority; in India you may raise a grievance with us first and then with the Data Protection Board. To make any request, contact hello@wordwiseme.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date at the top. If a change means we need a fresh consent from you, we will ask for it rather than assume it.
